Our trained staff are on hand to help you carry out all tasks throughout the day, living within the home for round-the-clock confidence. PACKAGE ONE
On-Demand
Do you need assistance on short notice for an undefined period? We can arrange a carer in a matter of hours for a minimum of 4 hours for as long as you need. Please note that a minimum of 4 hours is required for all care and this is charged as a flat rate for 4 to 7 hours per day.
PACKAGE TWO
Weekly
Depending on your needs we can provide a carer for either day or night care. The exact hours are determined by your needs and convenience. A per-hour rate is charged for 8 to 12 hours per shift. Weekends may also be included if required. Special rates apply to Sunday’s and Public Holidays
PACKAGE THREE
Long Term
Your long-term care needs can be discussed and negotiated depending on the requirements and level of care needed. Our carers will become part of the family, and may involve a range of additional services. We are always available to discuss arrangements that best suit our clients. This may include day and night care, or even 24 hour care.
PACKAGE FOUR
Live-In
This is 24 hour care where the carer lives in the home. This may be long or short term, depending on your needs. It is important to ensure that facilities are available to accommodate your live-in Carer. They will be an important support, and building a relationship of trust and comfort will be essential for this type of care.
